Your rug is getting shipped to you folded in a bag. It will have some creases initially, but it will will flatten over time. CARE INSTRUCTIONS. Vacuum clean or shake to remove dust. For stains, use a bit of soft soap in warm water and wipe with damp cloth. Do not wash or dry clean. Our products are A grade skins and they will last you a lifetime.
