All craft supplies are sent wrapped in bubble wrap for a safe trip. You will be contacted by e-mail as soon as your order is shipped.

We are not responsible for lost shipments. We will gladly provide Track Pack ID numbers to you. Reimbursement for lost shipments is up to the NZ Post. 


RETURNED ITEMS

Returned items must be unused and in their original condition. That means there are no scratches, marks or blemishes on the piece we have received. The product also must not have been altered in any way. We cannot accept any item with any indication that it has been used. If glass items arrive broken please call us straight away. You must contact us within 3 days of receipt of goods. You will also have to file a claim with the carrier and immediately arrange for inspection in the same packaging in which your order was sent. Pack the item carefully and ship your return with receipt by trackable carrier. In no event will INbeads.com Ltd. be responsible for return shipping losses.

Most items are handmade so sizes and colours may vary slightly. Handmade irregularities are not a reason for a refund. It is normal for Indian and Venetian beads to have their gold foil or silver foil on the outside of the glass.

            ABOUT INBEADS.COM AND ANTIGONE SHEARER 

I have been in the crafts and jewellery business for 9 years now - since I moved from Greece to New Zealand to live with my favourite man who is a Kiwi.

A former teacher, I just love working with my hands and creating pieces of jewellery, glass and leather crafts.
 
I started experimenting with glass bending and beading initially as a hobby to stave off pangs of homesickness. Our back shed became a modern-day Aladdin's cave of Swarovski crystals, beads, colourful glass and gemstones. Once I had tested the market through selling a few of my pieces via local artists co-ops, I have made my unique selection of handmade jewellery more available on the net.

I source materials from around the world, my palette echoing much of my Greek heritage - brilliant  blues and greens, injecting some magic into the khakis and browns of the Mt Cook region. Embracing my adopted country's pacific flavour, I now specialise in jewellery made with paua - abolone, jade and mother of pearl shells. I love working with these amazing, crafted by nature materials. Combined with gemstones, freshwater pearls and Swarovski crystals they become gorgeous mostly one off pieces, must have accessories especially for the summer.

Visitors to my site will be able to view my constantly updated range of jewellery, paua craft supplies and beads, and buy items on line.
My hobby has grown into a business nearly by itself and the ..nagging of my friends. I thank them all for their invaliable feedback and encouragement.
